Care and Support for Alzheimer’s and Dementia Caregivers

Caregiving services are united under the Family Resource Program at New York Memory Center. Caregiver programs are funded in party by a grant from the New York State Department of Health under the Alzheimer’s Caregiver Initiative, which was initiated to develop and test strategies and systems to address these needs of dementia caregivers.

The Family Resource Program offers educational and wellness programs for caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s and related dementia disorders. Click on the links below for scheduled events and more information.

  • Alzheimer’s navigation services (help with benefits, entitlements, and more)
